Meet these criteria to receive a Youth Classic Visa Credit Card
- Be 16 or 17 years old and an ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø member in good standing
- Attend a Getting Started with Cash & Credit Workshop or review the workshop material with an ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Representative
- Have written parental consent
- Have income from a job or allowance
